PILATES (NEW)

Aims to improve posture, mobility and flexibility. Helps to develop muscle tone, increase cardiovascular fitness and promote a stronger, more
supportive core. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Days: Thursday (Starting 10th January) &
Tuesday (Starting 12th February)
Time: 2.00pm to 3.00pm & 8.00m to 9.00pm respectively
Cost: $50 for 5 sessions or $12 per session casual
$5 for a trial class (New members only)

GENTLE FITNESS (NEW)

Workouts with a focus on posture, mobility, balance, co-ordination and flexibility. Great for diabetics, those with arthritis or interested in gentle exercise. Suitable for all fitness levels. Taking Expression of interest.

YOGA: MIND AND BODY FITNESS (NEW) 

The deep concentration and meditation teachings that follow help to relax and calm your mind and body from stress, anxiety, depression and other related ailments. Want to try it?

Days: Thursday  (Starting from Thursday, 7th February)
Time: 7.30pm to 8.45pm (arrive by 7.25pm)
Cost: $10 per class
Kids 10 years and older can join, if accompanied by a parent.

GOOD LOOK DANCE (New)

Join Rad in this exciting Latin and Ballroom Dancing.
Children up to the age of 5 can join in for FREE !!

TRADITIONAL YOGA FOR ALL
 
Traditional yoga classes are based on Asthana yoga and Hatha yoga systems, which incorporates one common principle of holding body position in a unique way for particular period of time to revitalise and balance one’s mind and body. All abilities are welcome.

Cost: $100 for 10 sessions or $12 per session casual
